Founding & Names
The firm was established in 2004. Over the years it has operated under two names — "Cai Ming-Pei Real Estate Appraisal Firm" and "Chinese Neutral Real Estate Appraisal Firm" — while consistently upholding an objective, neutral and explainable approach to valuation for property owners, families and businesses across New Taipei, Taoyuan and Yilan.
Service Footprint
The firm's early footprint centered on Banqiao District in New Taipei and Yilan County; public records show registered addresses on Mingchuan Street in Banqiao, and Jieshou Road and Sanmin Road in Taoyuan. It later operated from Taoyuan, serving the Taoyuan–Hsinchu–Miaoli area, and is now based primarily in Toucheng Township, Yilan.
